My first sprite

My attempt at revamping the R/B Lapras sprite. I've never done a revamp before, so there are probably a lot of mistakes. Just tell me what I did wrong or right or whatever.

Um, don't save as jpg or bmp, make your own shading, and redo the outline.

1. It's a revamp (a bad one,more like a recolour but that's not the point)
2. You revamp a SPRITE,

Try to give it a new shading like KXD said, the outline needs work too,

It's pretty good for your first attempt! I think Lapras is the easiest one to make a revamp look good. (I'm no good at revamping, and my Lapras is awesome!)
