The problems I think you should fix are:
-Shade better and with lighter colors.
-The outline could use some work.
-One of the antennae( <<<spelling? ) is slightly larger than the other.

The antennae is supposed to be like that. Also could you explain what kind of shading, sorry but i am a newb when it comest to this stuff

The shading is off. On the leg there is light coming from [our] left. by the neck, right, and the face, front. Also there is no shading on the arms or antennae. It also seems too dark, add light shades of color. I also noticed that you used a lighter shade for the outline than the rest of the body. You should use a darker shade of the main color and black to make the outlines.

It's an improvement. Don't worry, after awhile you'll get the hang of it and you'll learn how to make one like the pros. Keep practicing is all I have to say. It's also extremely good for a beginner.
