3 Ice attacks and Nevermelt Ice on Mamoswine? Put in Stone Edge instead of something else. Also give him a better Item, like Choice Band, which actually works pretty good. I see where your going with those moves thought. Frost Shard for priority, Avalanche to hit something really hard and Blizzard as a Special Attack. I don't think that's worth loosing type coverage.

The only way to keep it hailing is if you switch to abomasnow, so you should keep it alive very carefully, or find a pokemon with hail. Pursuit nails your hailer and after your team just gets a little beat up because of this switching, sweepers can sweep your team because of your weakness to certain types(its a hail team, so the ice types kinda gotta stay anyway).

The problem with your team is that its gonna get walked over by an electivire or even a magmortar; it'll just fire punch, thunder punch and ice punch its way through you team, and if it has cross chop it'll use it.

Don't bother with recovery on starmie; by the time it recovers it'll lose the health it just regained, instead teach it psychic, with the STAB it can do damage. I think power gem or ice beam are also good replacements for recover.

You should teach mamoswine only one ice move, perhaps removing blizzard (it's a special attack and his sp. attack base is 70, while attack is 130) and keeping avalanche, which has a potential of 120 and 10pp, as you never know when someone will cancel your weather with a hippowdon, etc. Also don't bother with ice shard, you'll never use it and it won't pose a threat. I suggest you teach it body slam through breeding, as it'll pose a paralysis threat to foes that resist its STAB attacks, or when it runs out of pp, toxic is also a choice, but there are other choices to consider.

Abomasnow is quite decent, but grasswhistle isn't reliable at all. I think that ingrain is best as it'll restore hp and combined with leftovers, you can procure a respectable amount of subsitutes.

Weavile is also good, but I think one dark move is enough, and one of those should be replace by TM84 poison jab, which not only has a decent attack, but also may poison the foe, really crippling the foe, which combined with hail can deal a great amount of damage.

Other than that your team is quite a challenge, although I am a bit sketchy over gligar's roost.

thanks for the help guys ill teach mamoswinr stone edge instead of ice shard and starmie will learn ice beam instead of reciver and finally i will teach hail to someone i dont know who thou

the best hail teams are either:

Abomasnow|Walrien|Mamoswine/weavile|Gliscor|Forretress/Tentacruel|Heatran/vaporeon

Mamo want a choice band with earthquake/stone edge/ice shard (to bypass its slow speed) and ice fang for a stronager STAB move.

leech seed over grasswhistle on Abo

knock off or SR over ice fang on Gliscor. you have loads of ice attacks already.
