I play every pokemon game in order of release, so Red then Blue then Yellow etc.
A young trainer from Pallet town called Red starts his journy, by choosing his first pokemon, a Charmanda. But his rival, Green, also starts his journy and picks a Squirtle. Red avenduatly defeats Team Rocket and his rival collecting all the badges and the Pokemon league. He catches Mewtwo the unique legend Mewtwo .
After being defeted by Red, Team rocket dosent give up and tries again, also after Green was defeted so many times, he decided to restart his journy and choose a Bulbasaur, but also a new trainer starts and here name is Blue she picks a Squirtle, she also defeats Team rocket and Green. He also catches the same Mewtwo and it is shared between the pokeballs, by teleporting.
Red, Green and Blue go off there seperate ways. And 2 new trainers start there journy, Proffeser Oaks Grandson, Gary and another named Ash, he picks Pikachu and Gary gets Eevee. Ash defeats Team rocket and Giavani decides to give up, but some of team rocket don't know that. And he beat Gary and his Jolteon, Ash then explores further and finds a small Cave, located in Jhoto. On his way he meets a trainer with an Espeon and traded the Psyduck he won from the Stadium for it. And Gary is given the job of viridian Gym leader after Giavani's escape. He catches the same Mewtwo but releses it.
A new journy the begins in Jhoto with a trainer called Gold he gets a Cynderquil, who meets a young theif, who is roumered to be the son of Giovani! He steals a pokemon, Gold defeats him a couple of times and defeats the miss-guided team rocket and the pokemon league, he then goes to Kanto and collects all the Kanto league badges and defeats Gary and Ash.
Then its time for another trainers journy,he lives in New bark town like Gold, his name is Silver, he gets a Totadile. The mystirious trainer theif steals a second pokemon thinking the 1st id flaud, he then beats team rocket Gary and Ash like Gold before him.
Yet another jhoto trainer starts, her name is Crystal, she lives in Violet city she goes to New bark town to collect her 1st pokemon Chikoreta, she finds ??? who steals yet another pokemon, she also deferats team rocket and the pokemon league and Ash and Gary.
Then those 4 tariners are never seen again and team rocket are fed up with being defeted and resing until further notice.
The new Trainer in the Hoenn region starts her name is Ruby she gets a Torchic, she has a brother named Brenden who soon becomes Saphire once he starts his journy again. And her rival name is Brenden, she beats Brenden who is her brother and the newly arrived team called Team Magma, and catches Groudon whlst defeating team Magma. She beats the pokemon league.
Then her brother Saphire starts again but serious this time, he gets a Mudkip, he has a rival called May, another Neighbour on the other side, he defeats another team called Aqua and catches Kyogre he also beats the pokemon league.
Another region called Orre, has been taken over and the pokemn have been turned onto shadow pokemon and need Celebi to heal them, you know the rest.
Meanwhile back in Kanto, a new tariner meats the legendary Red and is inspired by him, so he calls himslef F.Red he gets a Charmander, team rocket have been revived, and he beats them and his rival who has Squirle his name is O.Blue he was inspired by Blue who he met. He catches a new shiney Mewtwo. Cloned from a shiney Mew.
Team rocket has a last attempt and lose to a new trainer called, L.Green she was inspired by Green she gets a Bulbasaur, O.Blue decides to retry with a Chamander, she defeats him and team rocket, she also catches the shiney Mewtwo, which is also shared between them both.
Another trainer now starts his journy in Hoenn, he gets a Treecko his rival is also May, she starts again. His name is Emerald, he defeats the pokemon leaque both Aqua and Magma (who after this are never seen again) and the newly oppened Batlle frontier, he catches nearly every pokemon, he is the best trainer seen so far. He also wakes Rayquaza to sooth Groudon and Kyogre.
The shadow plot continued in Hoenn (you know how it goes) this time with the ultimate Shadow poekmon XD001 Lugia.
The would come diamond then Pearl, this took me ages to write so only posotive commemts, remember its my story line, the manga or main story my canon story line which fits all the games in.
Pokemon ranger an dbattle revolution would fit in aswell.

Power plant- r/b/yThe power plant is first up and running, for many years, one day as zapdos didant know it was working and took over now people are afraid to enter, g/s/clater after all the zapdos are cought the electric poekmon get shoo'd out and the power plant becomes runnung again. fr/lg more zapdos move in, and take over again, a few zapdos r caught and...
Wally- hes an unsure trainer, he wants the ultimate gardivor pokeomn so he starts again 3 times so he has 3 of each pokemon, Ruby Saphire and Emerlad all help him.
Marowak- its sole never rests in peice.
