you want FB on Blaziken/whatever because adamant reduces it's sp. atk.
lol rain dance thunder on Manectric/Electrike
Both of them, especially the latter, have barely any staying power, and having to do that all the time would be really hard. Quick attack=good.
Let's see: HP [water] beats ground, fire, and rock. It helps that it beats ground though, since otherwise, wait crunch would be pretty good on it.
BUT:

Manectric@lefties
modest nature
- t-bolt
- quick attack/HP [water] (if it has more than 40 power)
- crunch
- t-wave

And you can still have QA if you want, since it's so good. :/
