Either one is your choice. I prefer a PhysiRott, but a MixedRott is probably good to.

IDK about Victini. He is too balanced for me to pick up a specific strategy with. It appears yyou are going special so:

Flamethrower and Psychic for STAB. Energy ball for his weaknesses from being a fire type (odd how they all get covered by grass type moves, eh). Shadow Ball for Ghost-types and other Psychic-Types.

I can't do anything for Zoroark really.

Not a fan of Gigalith, but I'd probably consider Zebstrika.
Also, I realize my movesets aren't great, I just wanted to put something so you wouldn't have to do all the work. But some of my moves are fine.
EDIT: Would it be okay to replace Unfezant with Swoobat? Just wondering, because I'm fine with either and I think Swoobat has a bigger move pool but worse stats.

I really like Psychic, but lots of people go with Psycho Shock. Air Slash for STAB. Calm Mind for boosts.

Seriously? Zebstrika is already one of the fastest(2nd I think) pokemon in competitive without motor drive. With lightningrod now boosting sp. atk wouldn't you want a special attacker:

Hidden power for coverage against ground types, Tbolt for STAB, Quick attack for picking out Focus sashers and any move you want for STAB or coverage. I'm new to the competitive thing
