Well in terms of pokemon and balance, its looking really well so far. But like the other's have said its still way to early to rate the team in terms of moves and the like. As for pokemon you could add. A psychic type would be really useful, I think judging by your levels you can get eevee (which can become espeon) or Abra and its evolutions. You might want a water type, like Quagsire or Lapras (quagsire is also a ground type)

Or you can get a Slowpoke to covor two good types. A fighting type wouldn't be bad either. Or you can get a Heracross for fighting and bug.
