My Internet doesn't show GIF files? What's wrong?

Just like the title, my internet doesn't show GIF files...to be more precise, it doesn't show the GIFS moving.....

What can I do to fix this problem? Thanks.

What browser are you using?
Also, check your internet settings.
If you're using IE, Tools > Internet Options > Advanced > Multimedia > Play animations in web pages. Check that box and refresh.
