Cat and Mouse
Cloyster has skill link, so I suggest making use of it. Rock Blast instead of surf, Ice Shard is fine for priority, and possibly explosion for a panic-button. Since it's IGRMT I'll understand if you want to keep Surf, and if that's the case then keep Rock Blast over Ice Beam. Timid is fine. and you can switch the Sp. Atk EVs to Atk. if you choose the former. It's up to you on the latter.

Staring at my phone
Both Luc and Roserade would benefit more from a
Timid Nature, but since this is in-game, it probably
wont make much of a difference.

Cloyster should have a Careful nature with max SpD,
his Def is high enough to not need any investment,
and his SpD is horrid. Just max HP along with it,
Cloyster's made to tank around, and his Skill Linked
attacks will make up for the lack of power.

Sorry for being nitpicky, hope it helps.

breeding for natures isnt a problem but id rather not try for hp ice

Gah, did I really say Timid for a Physical Tank? That's what I get for being up at midnight. Careful or Jolly. If you choose GS's setup, definitely Careful. However, if you get a Special Wall I'd definitely go with Jolly.
