That Special Attack is awesome, which is most important. But you can’t even reach 300 Speed with that Spd IV. =[
Bold Nature is meh as well.
Depending on how long it took you to catch Latios, I would reset for one with better Speed. It’s gonna Calm Mind anyways, so a low Sp. Attack IV isn’t gonna hurt it.
it should outrun most things though (BTW I saved) 290 can outrun everything except some jolteon and some aerodactyl, the frontier's IVs are crud and they usually can't reach their full potential. Besides, resetting for an average timid one with low IVs has no point anyway, I'll probz try this one out and EV it.
So do you think I should reset Em again to get a timid one? (btw, it took me 4 tries and total about 15 minutes)

Actually, quite a lot of things in the Frontier have over 300 speed even without good EVs. Also, you may not know this, but the Frontier Pokémon get better and better IVs each time you fight them.
I’m not saying a Timid nature is needed. If you reset, just get one with better Speed.

really? well, i haven't encountered much, is my streak too low or something? My best was 49 in open level battle tower, is that too low to experience the thrill of being outran?
I plan to give it 290 Speed, for a round number to out run things like primeape etc, 350 SpAtk and rest into HP
and what moveset?
Recover and Calm Mind obviously and what else?

Those EVs should do fine.
Dragon Claw/Ice Beam and Thunderbolt.

Since Dragon is a very good type of pokemon and since Dragon gets a stab bonus and a superE. bonus makes it a atk with 240 power. One Calm mind makes it a atk with 360

I have Heracross currently with stupid white herb because I gave my latios Lum Berry because I gave my snorlax leftovers do you guys have any suggestions for items?

Chesto Berry for Curselax.
Choice Band for Heracross.
Leftovers for Latios.

CB is better imo.
Swords Dancer Heracross could use a Shell Bell.

- Calm Mind
- Psychic
- Thunderbolt
- Ice Beam
I've won many BF battles with that set, and status is so common you need the Lum Berry to set up. And it's perfect for the Arena too as you don't have time to recover there, and you have to cover everything as you can't switch.

yeah, that sounds good, so should I go Psychic/Dragon Claw? Doesn't dragon Claw have less resistances?

You get more SE hits with BoltBeam than Psychic + Dragon Claw. At least you won't get walled by steels if you're using BoltBeam.
