Needs more Shadow Ball and less Rock Slide.

CB Flareon is better imo.

Quiet Dragonite.

Pidgeot isn't as good as Fearow, Dodrio or Swellow. Use one of them if you aren't particually attached to Pidgeot.

He can't get a Swellow because it is to early in the game, better to have a Fearow of Dodrio.
