Use both Rock Slide (RS) and Extremespeed for the Choice Bander moveset. Dragon Dancer's more useful ingame.

Modest for Shichiro's Kyogre IMO.

Fire Blast for Groudon's fourth move to take out Skarmory and other physical walls. Go for either Adamant or Jolly nature.

Make sure that your total HP is divisable by 4 so Petaya activates exactly after 3 subs, and it also activates Blaze. Sunny Day is redundant if you have Groudon. Flamethrower is deadly with STAB, Sunny Day, Petaya and Blaze.

Use either Rayquaza or Salamence: they basically do the same job. Do NOT have both Groudon and Kyogre on your team: their weather effects cancel each other out. Use either one of them and build your team around it. The Typhlosion set I gave you goes with Groudon.
