My Legendary Diamond Team

I actually don't have any of these Pokemon yet, and I usually don't use them unless I'm just training them. I just thought that if I did use any as a team, this would probably be a good team. I don't have any Natures or Items for them yet either, but that's only because I don't have them yet. So, here it is:

Regigigas ;486;
Lv. 100
Type: Normal
Ability: Slow Start
Moves: Endure
Ice Punch
Rock Polish
Zen Headbutt

Palkia ;484;
Lv. 100
Type: Water/Dragon
Ability: Pressure
Moves: Ice Beam;222;
Dragon Pulse
Thunder Wave
Heal Block

Rotom (Normal Form) ;479;
Lv. 100
Type: Electric/Ghost
Ability: Levitate
Moves: Charge Beam
Confuse Ray
Double Team
Shadow Ball

Heatran ;485;
Lv. 100
Type: Fire/Steel
Ability: Flash Fire
Moves: Flamethrower
Earthquake
Metal Sound
Sunny Day

Celebi ;251;
Lv. 100
Type: Grass/Psychic
Ability: Natural Cure
Moves: Solarbeam
Recover
Healing Wish
Psychic

Articuno ;144;
Lv. 100

Regigigas @ Leftovers
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -Sp. Atk)
~ Return
~ Thunder Wave
~ Earthquake
~ Ice Punch / Fire Punch / Confuse Ray

Return for STAB. Thunder Wave is probably a better option than Rock Polish, so that if Regigigas dies, the opponent will be deathly slow and therefore easy to kill. Earthquake hits Rock- and Steel-types. Ice Punch gets great coverage with Earthquake, only resisted by Bronzong. Therefore you may want Fire Punch instead. Confuse Ray helps keep Regigigas alive longer.

Palkia @ Lustrous Orb / Life Orb / Leftovers
Modest Nature (+Sp. Atk, -Atk)
~ Surf
~ Spacial Rend
~ Thunderbolt
~ Earth Power / Aura Sphere

Palkia is such a beast. Basically annihilate anything in sight with your STAB moves and Thunderbolt and Earth Power/Aura Sphere for coverage.

Rotom (Normal Form) @ Leftovers
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
~ Shadow Ball
~ Thunderbolt
~ Will-O-Wisp
~ Confuse Ray

Rotom isn't very good, to be honest. This is the best it can do.

Heatran @ Leftovers
Modest Nature (+Sp. Atk, -Atk)
~ Flamethrower
~ Earth Power
~ Dragon Pulse
~ Metal Sound

Due to his lower Attack stat, physical moves should never be used on Heatran. The only exception to this is Explosion, but you probably don't want to be blowing yourself up ingame, so just stick to special moves. After a Metal Sound, you OHKO everything in the game. Fire + Dragon is resisted only by enemy Heatrans, who are taken care of by Earth Power.

Celebi @ Leftovers
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
~ Recover
~ Leech Seed
~ Calm Mind
~ Psychic / Grass Knot

Defensive Celebi, and better than the one you have. Solarbeam + Heatran's Sunny Day isn't a very good combo what with the presence of Hippowdon and Abomasnow in the game. Instead, use Leech Seed. Calm Mind boosts Special Defense and lets your STAB move hit harder. Psychic would probably be the better choice here to hit the Grass-types that are immune to Leech Seed.

Articuno @ Leftovers
Calm Nature (+Sp. Def, -Atk)
~ Ice Beam
~ Roost
~ Toxic
~ Substitute / Reflect

Don't use Aerial Ace, please. It's far too weak. Same goes for Steel Wing. No Ice moves is slightly stupid as well, so be sure to use Ice Beam. Anyways, this is a stallish Articuno that stays alive with Roost. Toxic wears down bulkier Pokemon like Suicune that won't take much from your Ice Beam. Reflect ups Defense for the team, but Substitute lets you abuse Pressure to drain opponents' PP.

Competitive Trick-Rotom is good, but since this is in-game, well, yeah. Actually, how about Crush Grip for Regigigas. It'd be nice to have a move that is exclusive to the certain pokemon.

Crush grip is no good. Crush Grip is only good when the foe's HP is full and if the foe survives the massaive attack of crush grip and use crush grip again its weak.

Yes. This is exactly why Crush Grip is a very good move. It takes out a lot of the opponent's HP, and if the foe survives, just use one of the other moves. I myself find that HP-based moves are fun to play with. Some moves I like are Eruption and Water Spout, although these are based on your HP, not the opponent's. Another move is Wring Out. The foe is most likely going to have full HP before Regigigas makes its move.
