Pursiut-I know i cant keep it and im in a "pickle" should i move tutor gross rock slide or explosion?

-Agility/Rock Slide/Shadow Ball/Sludge Bomb

Agility is fun. Speed up, then attack. Metagross's Sp.Attack isn't as good as its Physical attack, so you don't need Psychic. Besides, you'll do more damage with Meteor Mash (or the other options)

If you want the Choice Band set, go with the other otions in the Agility slot.

if you use agiligross, don't use 252 speed EVs. you only need enough to get to 198 speed before agility, so you can be faster than jolteon/aerodactyl/crobat after it. put the extra in special defense or HP, it's already got good defense.

rock slide super-effective on something - 75*2 = 150 power
Meteor Mash with STAB, neutral-effective - 100*1.5 = 150 power

Rock Slide is better than Shadow Ball/Sludge Bomb Atleast, since it hcan hit Gyara/Zappy and it has flinchhax.
