Zapdos @ Leftovers

Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Hidden Power Ice/Grass
- Metal Sound
- Roar
- Thunderbolt

252 in Spd isn't really needed, 180 to outspeed +Spd natured base 90s is what I like to pack with Timid. Leftover EVs go into Def and Sp Def (I've survived some Salamence's Rock Slides thanks to those extra EVs. I'd go with ice because you already have a Pert counter. I expermented with it as a lead, but too many leads kill it in my opinion. Many other people will suggest modest, but hey you've taken after my style, my apprentice :)

Sceptile (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Overgrow
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Spd / 4 SDef
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Hidden Power [Ice]
- Leaf Blade
- Leech Seed
- Substitute

If anything Sceptile with 0 HP Evs (and maybe even a 0 DV) so it can absorb from Leech Seed better, max out Sp. Atk on it too.

Vaporeon (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Water Absorb
EVs: 80 Def / 252 SAtk / 176 SDef
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Ice Beam
- Roar/Charm/Haze/HP Electric
- Surf
- Wish

Ah yes, that Modest Vaporeon is one of the variants of my sets... I like having over 200 Def on it though and enough EVs for 270 or so in Sp Def. With those Evs it can Wish and it can still proceed on pummeling Gengar and Alakazams. I know most experts will disagree with the modest set and suggest Bold with max EVs in Def, but I like surviving a few T-bolts. Zapdos is your Phazer already, so I'd suggest going with something else than Roar.

Metagross @ Leftovers/Lum Berry/Choice Band
Trait: Clear Body
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 Spd
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Agility/Rock Slide/Thunderpunch
- Earthquake
- Explosion
- Meteor Mash

Metagross wants Impish or Adamant for that set to work (Brave or Relaxed if you don't care about outspeeding anything with the T-Punch set), but I'd spead the EVs around in HP and Sp. Def too (from Def) so you don't get killed by every special sweeper out there. Needs 88 EVs in speed for the Agility set. Choice Band Gross is one of the most feared pokémon in the metagame today.

Blissey (F) @ Leftovers
Trait: Natural Cure
EVs: 212 HP / 252 Def / 44 Sp Def
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Aromatherapy
- Ice Beam
- Seismic Toss
- Softboiled

No Spd please.

Blaziken (M) @ Salac Berry
Trait: Blaze
EVs: 6 HP / 252 Spd / 252 SAtk
Naive Nature (+Spd, -SDef)
- Endure
- Flamethrower
- Hidden Power [Ice]
- Reversal
Oh, no wonder you've been having trouble with my team with your Blaziken... You need to put some EVs into attack (from Sp. Atk). I still think SD RevCross is better, but it's your choice.

prophecy fulfilled
Zapdos @ Leftovers
Trait: Pressure
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Spd / 252 SAtk
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Hidden Power [Fire]
- Metal Sound
- Roar
- Thunderbolt

HP Ice/Grass is so much better the HP Fire, everything beaten by HP Fire losses to Thunderbolt anyway, ditch roar and metal sound for rest and sleep talk.
you have roar on vaporeon, why use it on this?

Modest - 252 spd / 140 SAtk / rest of the evs in HP
Sceptile (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Overgrow
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Spd / 4 SDef
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Hidden Power [Ice]
- Leaf Blade
- Leech Seed
- Substitute

set and evs are fine, but use a timid nature

Vaporeon (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Water Absorb
EVs: 80 Def / 252 SAtk / 176 SDef
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Ice Beam
- Roar
- Surf
- Wish
don't need two roarers, if you keep roar on zapdos, use charm > roar on this.
Bold nature - 212 hp / 252 def / 44 SAtk

Metagross @ Leftovers
Trait: Clear Body
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 Spd
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Brick Break
- Earthquake
- Explosion
- Meteor Mash

worst nature for metagross ever, i think you want adamant not bold.

use choice band for the item, and rock slide > brick break to hurt gyara/zapdos, also use enough evs for these stats;

336 hp / 360 atk / 310 def / 200 speed

then any leftover evs in SDef

oh and

Super Effective Brick break = 150
STAB Meteor Mash = 150 + 10% chance of an atk increase

Blissey (F) @ Leftovers
Trait: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 Spd
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Aromatherapy
- Ice Beam
- Seismic Toss
- Softboiled

212 hp / 252 def / 44 sdef

Blaziken (M) @ Salac Berry
Trait: Blaze
EVs: 6 HP / 252 Spd / 252 SAtk
Naive Nature (+Spd, -SDef)
- Endure
- Flamethrower
- Hidden Power [Ice]
- Reversal

use heracross, and not endurereversal one, tyranitar is too common and sand stream will kill you.

heracross @ choice band - megahorn / rock slide / focus punch / brick break

blaziken - fire blast / sky uppercut / hp ice / thunderpunch @ leftovers
blaziken - fire blast / sky uppercut / rock slide / focus punch @ leftovers

if you want blaziken

edit @ infinty, making a vaporeon able to take a thunderbolt is pretty pointless as it should have to take them in the first place

Well unless the player can predict rather well, I wouldn't suggest 2 CBers as it makes one much easier to outpredict.

But meh, shoot me for saying crap. >_<
