Arriving glacially.
Keep adamant on Groudon, and give Kyogre 252 SAtk, 252 Speed, 6 HP EVs, and Groudon 252 Atk, 252 Speed, 6 HP or 252 Atk, 100 Def, 158 Speed. Other than that, go with nightcat's sets.

L0L!) Metronome is just for fun!
