My new Ruby team

I need two new members for my team, currently it stands as

Pikachu w/Light Ball lvl 27
Feebas lvl 5
Latias lvl 56
Charmander lvl 5

I am currently EV training Pikachu and Charmander in Sp. Atk, Latias has been fully EV trained. Any advice on remaining team members?
