This thing is cool. It does ok damage to Skarmory and kills Salamence/Flygon.

focus punch sceptile is stupidly stupid unless you use

swords dance
earthquake
focus punch
substitute/hp bug

Sceptile needs more HP fire/ice althought they're hard to get in-game :/

Thunderpunch/dragon claw are alternatives.

EDIT-And take out its unneeded attack EV's if you take my advice and don't use FP.
