Looks nice. The main problem I have is their stomachs are shaded to look kind of flat. Also, where is the light source coming from? It looks like it's in the center of the two of them, but that wouldn't make sense.

they try to save the city from a wave using their energy but latios dissapears into the soul dew...

and as for the light sorce,at first i pixeled latios facing to the left,but then remembered that i had to make them facing each other XD and i didnt feel like re-shading...lol

EDIT: oh,and if you want to know something funny,i printed it out,and it was their shiney colors XD

What do you use to make them?
The eye looks good,even though it is red, the mouth.... I think you should just get it off because it doesn't look that good. I am not sure why but it might be because of the expression it gives it.
PS:I think this should be in fan art section but a mod or staff will move it later.

i use paint.
its a pain,but its all i have to use,
and im taking ideas for new pixel art!

The eye looks good,even though it is red, the mouth.... I think you should just get it off because it doesn't look that good. I am not sure why but it might be because of the expression it gives it.

These are sprites, therefore they belong in the Fan Sprites section.
And the Cubone doesn't have a mouth, it's just the arms make it look like it does.

Again, looks good, but has shading problems. The arm looks detatched from the body, and the leg is shaded like a square. Its body also isn't shaded well, and that plus the outlines make the body look kind of like a tree trunk.

It is pixel art. No need for this discussion, even if I am wrong. You really never even told latias the pixel art was good.

The eyes look better blue I think. No more CC from me. You should make a hoppip. Plain and simple but if you think you can do better, then try a blazeiken if you want.

For some reason I like the sad ones more and why is Latios glowing and Latias isn't? Cubone is really cute it looks better with blue eyes but it looks kinda creepy with the red eyes but still cool hope to more good job.

and ill get started on hoppip,and i might try a espeon or eevee.

Espeon would be easier and more interesting. If you did eevee, you neeed to make all the fur and stuff but it shouldn't be hard.
