-Flamethrower (Useing Fireblast on Chansey)

Changes in bold.Pretty good team here.I think Lapras would be better off with Thunderbolt rather than Psychic.Its a good suprise against other water types.I guess Psychic could work.For Raichu you could always use Body Slam if u dont like Agility.Agility could be nice though your choice.

Well thanx for the help. I aprsiate it. But i can't get multiple TMs, so thats why some of the movesets are weird.

Surf if you have stadium, stoss as mentioned in the last slot. Keep submission, it packs a punch against those pesky normal types. Evolve imo.

Blizzard over fire blast, counter over sub.

Use Thunder for the extra damage on starmie and friends.

-Swords Dance
-Fly (lack of Wing Attack)

Use Fire Blast here and then also body slam or slash here.

I'd use something over this, and use something like seismic toss over metronome.

You can rearrange your TM's better than you have now. Thunder is not such a bad option on Lapras. Inaccurate, yes, but it helps.
