My Pokémon Training Sapphire / Leaf Green / Emerald

Hi friends.

I was absent for some months but I'm back again.

I'm looking for help, since I looked in POTW but the one I want isn't there yet.

I want to train an ARBOK... what do you recommend me? (Nature, EV's, moveset).

By the way, I'd like him/her had the INTIMIDATE ability.

I'd like to read some different opinions to have a selection of options.

EVs: 252 Attack, 252 Speed, 6 Hp (I THINK)
-Sludge Bomb
-EQ
-Rock Slide
-Glare
