My Pokémon Training -> Sapphire / Leaf Green / Emerald

Hello friends!

This is my topic for asking you about my Pokémon in these 3 versions.

I'm training a competitive team to fight against some of my friends.

However, I have some doubts I'd like you to help me.

Please don´t close this thread, I'll ask here all what I need.

First... I'm deciding a Movepool for an ARCANINE, but I'm not sure what to use. I have these 3 moves:

FIRE BLAST
HOWL
EXTREMESPEED

Here is my doubt, I'm not sure which move I should use in the last slot. I have 2 options, I wait you can recommend me the better. These are:

SUNNY DAY
CRUNCH

Which one is more advantageous? And why?

Well, that's my only question at this time, I wait you can give me a good advice.

Uh... No.

The Rate-My-Team rules says you must have a minimum of three Pokémon in your team to rate. That's only one, but I'll rate it anyway.

Make your Arcanine hold either the Choice Band, Leftovers, or anything that can boost its Attack, Speed, Sp. Attack, or Defense, like a Liechi, Salac, or Petaya Berry. And for the last slot, I say go for Crunch. Howl already boosts your Arcanine's Attack, if you chose Sunny Day, that would boost only Fire Blast, leaving the offensive and defensive moves uneven.

Iron Tail or Dig (since it's ingame) for Rocks.
