May want to consider revising zard/lapras/starmie considering a 3 x electric weak isn't nice. I'd replace zard tbh. Probably with something like eggy which would give you another sleeper pokemon, and paralysis, and boom pokemon, whilst also helping your ground/rock weak when starmie dies.
