Sword&Element Master
This is a really well planned out game team. Much better than some I've seen around (no offense to anyone) around here. For Chandelure, maybe Energy Ball or Will-O-Wisp for the last slot? Energy Ball would cover a lot of hard weaknesses, and Will-O-Wisp is a good, handy move to have for overall uses.

For the final Pokemon, recommend a Grass or Electric type. Eelektross would serve your team well. Or Gavalunta. This is because your team is seriously weak to Water types and none but Haxorus resists it, and 3 of your 5 Poke' team is hit SE by it.
