Well, with EOJ comes Macro Cosmos and such, so here's what I have:

Mostly a staple deck, but with the theme visible.
 
Really for a Marco Cosmos deck (or any Remove from Play deck) you need 'Helios - The Primordial Sun' and 'Helios Duo Megistus'.

However they are game promo's so I wouldn't expect everyone to have them, but they are like really needed cards for decks involving Marco Cosmos plus 'Helios Duo Megistus' gets 200 attack points for every monster removed from the game and each time it is destroyed at the end of the battle and brought back with 500 more ATK and DEF. You gotta admit thats good.

They come with Yu-Gi-Oh! World Championship Tournament 2006: Ultimate Masters Edition (or whatever).

Also a 'Gren Maju Du Eiza' is a good choice for a monster, since its Level 3 so it gets through limiter cards like 'Gravity Bind' and x400 ATK and DEF for each CARD you have removed from play, so with cards like 'Marco Cosmos' its a powerful monster.

Add a 'Soul Release', its like an Out of Play staple, 5 cards instantly removed from the game is you use that alone with 'Gren Maju Du Eiza' thats an instant 2000 ATK point boost.

Lastly 'Grand Covergence', it inflicts 300 points of damage to your opponent and destroys all monsters on the field. Imagine that out of game ATK and DEF boosts plus a small amount of damage, thats a pretty good card.

Also maybe a second Marco Cosmos wouldn't hurt. However thats just me.

I see what you mean, I am trying to get the Helios's and a Golden Homomculus (sp) too. I will put in Grand Convergence once iI get one more Macros Cosmos, just don't want to have too much of a filler card that won't be useful at certain times is all.

Also, I already have 2 Macro's.

ok never made something like this before, but i wnat to when i get the cards.
i think for macros necros you should use
3 dd survivor
3 dd scout plane
3 dimentnal fissure(a bit ott but meh)
card of safe return(can't remember the effect but if its what i think it is it will work(i'nm not sure if its only fromthe grave))

meh i don't know but try out those cards
 
Not Card of Safe Return.

That just lets you draw cards when monsters get special summoned from the graveyard.

Out of Play isn't meant to bring monsters back to the field.

yeah i wasn't sure about cosr, i wasn't sure if it was when returned form the rep pile, thanks for telling me.

what i was suugesting is using scout plane etc to gain field advantage.
ddsurvivor, is the same as ddsp but its only when its removed from the field, however it doe's have 1800 atk points

Um.

Duos only gets 300 attack when it's destroryed and Special Summoned back, and only from the graveyard. The whole point of this deck is that you don't *want* stuff to be sent to the grave, and most stuff won't be. But still, I do have it in my Macro deck.

Gran Maju is awesome in a Macro deck. It's so easy to get up to 8000 attack.

I hate this deck. I don't know why, I just do. It just seems like a bunch of random cards that don't work together with a Macro slapped in. Make it more dedicated.

Well, that's just the problem, I need to get more monsters to go with the Remove form play theme. Cause all I have are Spells and Traps.

Anyone suggest packs to get good monsters for this deck?

Cybernetic Revolution contains DD Survivor and DD Scout Plain. DR1 contains DD Warrior Lady.

Put in a third Macro Cosmos. Trust me, it's an amazing card that in this format of rampart Spell/Trap destruction, you'll need an extra copy. It's an amazing card.
