Hi. Just wanted to see if this team was good for semi-competitive battling for Ruby. Please note that they're all level 100, and they also all have leftovers. I'm also currently stuck between choosing Starmie or Milotic, and have a few move slots that I don't know what to fill with, along with some undecided natures. I'd love any kind of input or opinions! Thank you!

    1. Milotic

    1. Starmie

    2. Blaziken
    Nature: Adament/Rash?
    Ability: Blaze
    Moveset:
    Sky Uppercut

    -?

    3. Salamence
    Nature: Adamant/Modest
    Ability: Intimidate
    Adamant Moveset:
    Earthquake
    Rock Slide
    Flamethrower
    Brick Break

    OR

    Modest Moveset:

    6. Breloom

Your going to want Starmie for Competetive battling as its much faster and notable for its speed, Milotic is great for In-Game use.

Your sets look good let me just give you some input.

The Modest Salamence moveset is not good for Competetive battling.

    Salamence
    -Flamethrower
    -Earthquake
    -Dragon Claw
    -Dragon Dance
This is a good dragon dancer especially with STAB on the claw.

    Metagross@Life Orb
    -Earthquake (Takes care of Fire)
    -Zen Headbutt (STAB)
    -Agility (Speed Boost)
    -Iron Defense

    Also leech seed on Breloom.

    Blaziken@Choice Band
    -Blaze Kick
    -Sky Uppercut
    -Aerial Ace
    -Focus Energy

Your Starmie and Milotic sets are looking good otherwise.

Milotic, Starmie, Metagross, and Gardevoir's move pools seem fine.

For Starmie vs. Milotic, Starmie is definitely better offensively, though looking at your team, there's a lack of special bulk (only Gardevoir could really take a hit from the special side), so Milotic might actually help your team out a bit in that respect.

Try a Swords Dance Blaziken. Its power is through the roof, and since it's packing Fire STAB, it can trump Skarmory and Forretress who normally stop physical attackers cold. Something along the lines of...

    Blaziken
    Adamant Nature
    -Swords Dance
    -Sky Uppercut
    -Rock Slide
    -Fire Blast

Go with an Adamant Salamence. Special attacking Salamence is really only good for catching physical walls off guard, but you really can't match the pure power of an Adamant Natured Salamence when it's got a DD under its belt. Alternatively, you could give it a Rash nature and go mixed. Something like...

    Salamence
    Adamant Nature
    -Dragon Dance
    -Earthquake
    -Rock Slide
    -Fire Blast

    Salamence
    Rash Nature
    -Brick Break
    -Dragon Claw
    -Fire Blast
    -Earthquake

Keeping in mind that Dragon is special in Gen 3.

Leech seed would be your best bet for Breloom, as it'll help you get back the HP you spend on Subs.

    Also...

Focus Energy is pointless on a choice band set, as locking yourself into it screws you over.

Life Orb and Zen Headbutt don't exist in Gen 3.

Iron Defense is a bit of a waste on Metagross, as its defense is plenty high already.

In place of focus energy he can put Rock Slide.

    Blaziken@Choice Band
    -Blaze Kick
    -Sky Uppercut
    -Aerial Ace
    -Rock Slide
