The Sciz isn't for attacking... It would more likely be a defensive beneficial stat...

Needs more toxic quagsire and knock off armaldo

Needs more Cacturne or Sandslash for hax abuse, and you seriously need Quagsire to absorb Water Attacks while beeing immune to Sandstream

I agree with the others in saying that it needs a water absorber( quagsire is good) because your pretty much finished if they bring out a water type pokemon. Infact some people might beat you with one of your own pokemon, swampert and belive me it can be very devastating when people bring out an all out sweeper swampert(EV's focused on attack, special attack and speed).

Why you ask well if you expect it to be a defensive type of pokemon, but then it goes first due to pretty good speed, and then bam your pokemon are fainted, sounds unlikely but i have used a strategy like yours (sandstorm), and my friend used what i was just talkin about, Quick Story i got my a** whupped.

Just go Reversaler Scizor, being immune to Sandstream is always cool, even if Bulky Waters give you problems,
