Those are my suggestions, I hope you can read them because i think they're written a little messy.
EDIT: S***! I wanted to post the changes in bold, but everything got screwed up! So, they're very messy and difficult to read...
Some suggestions:

~Don't use any hm moves except surf
~Don't teach pokemon two offensive moves of the same type
~You have two OObers, maybe drop one of them
~Try using pokemon other than sweepers; you need a tank or somethin'

As for hold items, keep the ones you've got or change them to leftovers.

You may as well have the Special Rayquazza. The guy said that his Rayquazza's Special Attack was better than its Physical Attack, so you may as well make the most of it with the Special Rayquazza that he has in the first place.
