The only reason that you win tournaments at your school is because all of the people who participated are worse than you.
Sceptile: Why do have bullet seed and solarbeam? use Dragon claw and Toxic
Jolteon: It screams use ground types to murder me. Never use only Electric attacks on an Electric pokemon. INstead of thunder, thunderbolt, look at Jolteons pokedex page to find a move that replaces protect and maybe light screen.
Flygon: Fly? just no. To be honest, his moveset is all crap. use Earthquake, Dragon Claw, Maybe Sandstorm, and I guess Faint attack. At least can cover more types than the old one could
Gorebyss: Almost got it right. make it a baton passer, Surf, baton pass, iron defense, Amneisa
Pidgeot: Crap. Replace with Swellow. Swellow: Facade, Aerial Ace, I use endavor, and maybe quick attack
Gardevoir: super crap. Use Gardevoir with Psychic, Calm mind, Thunderbolt, and maybe fir punch or ice punch
Seriously I would add Ev training and all to this, but is sounds like the people who participate in this "tournament" really suck, so use these Movesets and I can almost guarantee that you won't just win, You'll defeat them with ease.
EDIT: I agree with Rocky, I don't think you can get a Gardevoir with Psybeam without cheating. Although I fail to see the reasoning to teach a Gardevoir Psybeam in the first place

Exactly what I am sayin. You only beat them becuase they are either complete morons and teach pokemon the exact same movesets to their own pokemon, or they have like lvl 50 pokemon and defeat them just becase your Hydro Pump is bigger than theirs

Sceptile: Level: 100
Leaf Blade
Dragon Claw/Toxic
Leech Seed
Substitute

Subseed Sceptile. A nice special sweeper, that can also stall to death too. Dragon Claw or Toxic, choose one if you want to sweep/stall.

Jolteon: Level: 99
Thunderbolt
Thunderwave
Substitute
Baton Pass/Agillity/Wish

Crappy moveset, needs a HP Ice/Grass to take down ground types. Never really liked him or any of the eevolutions, besides Umbreon.

Flygon: Level: 100 @ Choice Band
Earthquake
Rock Slide
Return/Fire Blast
Quick Attack

Ouch, you killed Flygon. Get a Choice Band and go with this.

Gorebyss: Level: 100
Surf/Ice Beam/Agility/Iron Defense/Amnesia
Agility/Iron Defense/Amnesia
Agility/Iron Defense/Amnesia
Baton Pass

This is crap. It's only good to pass defense and/or speed. Crappy.

Pidgeot: Level: 100
Return
Aerial Ace/Air Cutter
Quick Attack

Featherdance

Mhm, nice. I actually like this better than Fearow. Anyway, Feartherdance in only for ingame. Else the opponent will just switch.

Gardevoir: Level: 100
Psychic
Thunderbolt
Wish/Will-o-Wisp/filler

Calm Mind

NO, it DOES NOT LEARN PSYBEAM! At all. And it's pointless anyway.

Plz Rate!

Dude, just don't cheat. Unless it learns it in XD or Colosseum or something I don't know about, Gardy can't learn Psybeam.

Frost Nova

The predator awaits.
Just a few changes:

Sceptile@Leftovers / Petaya Berry
Timid Nature
- Leaf Blade
- Sub
- Leech Seed / Endeavor
- T-Punch

Sceptile has better moves to use than Toxic. Dragon Claw sucks without STAB.

Jolteon@lefties / Petaya Berry
Timid Nature
- T-Bolt
- Sub / Bite / HP [Grass / Ice]
- Agility
- Baton Pass

Your basic Baton Passer. Petaya Berry works particularly well with Sub.

Gorebyss@lefties
Modest Nature
- Rain Dance
- Surf
- Ice Beam
- HP [Grass / Electric] / Psychic

Gorebyss isn't that bad: he could be used as a Raindancer to take advantage of his way-above-average Spec. Atk. Psychic if you have no other options.

Pidgeot@Choice Band
Jolly Nature
- Aerial Ace / Wing Attack
- Steel Wing / HP [Ground / Fighting]
- Return
- Quick Attack

Choice Bander. Dodrio and Fearow can do this much better.
