I like these sprites especially the shiny icons and snorlax. The Skitty is meh. Houndoom is pretty good.

No he doesn't! He gave you constuctive criticism! He told you an honest repoert on how good your sprites were, andtold you how to improve! You CANNOT expect everyone to praise you as the best spriter ever!
On topic: These aren't that good. I would have to say that your Houndour devamp is your best. the snorlax revamp needs more shading, and the shiny icons are just recolors.

I think you need to chill out. Electabuzz gives good critisims, and just because someone gave you critisism, doesn't mean they think your sprites suck. The Houndour devamp is very good, it looks like it came from GSC. The other two devamps need more effort, try to do them like the style was. The Snorlax needs a lot more shading, it looks like you just recolored it. The others are just recolors, and anyone can easily do simple recolors like those.

i know buzz, and he gaves crit, he doesn't flame people, so whatever he said, i doubt he acted as bad as you make it look. but after all it's your problem if you don't want crit, so who cares?
now, giving crit so you get what crit is:
-that snorlax is just a reshading with less shades, so it looks bad, it you want to looks devamped use the old versions colours.
-those icons look sooooooo gooooooooood!!!!! how did you make them?! recolouring? just that?! well everyone can recolour, it's not something you can be so proud of as it's just 2 minutes to take the colours and recolour them.
now... devamping... simple, it's something, but you should better get working on something more advanced, like r/s/fr/lg/e style, or devamping 3d sprites. also try to scratch something. and btw, no need for soooo much space to disply so few images.

off topic: okay, let's just stop defending buzz, tis not our problem, and if the kid doesn't want him, i doubt he would come anyway.
on topic: isn't skitty's outline too dark? i really don't know, i've never tryed devamps, but i think its darkest shade should maybe be a bit darker so the contrast isn't so big and details are ore visible. and btw... shouldn't it be more pink? try making it pink/orange coloured, i think it would look better.
