The problem is that Scizor can't learn Silver Wind and Reversal at the same time. They are both breeding moves.

There you go. Steel Wing does more damage to Gengar than Silver Wind anyway. And Adamant since it only needs 198 Speed to outspeed Aerodactyl/Crobat/Jolteon after one Agility, which can be gotten with 128 EVs assuming a 31 IV.

Well, it kind of ..it's hard to explain. It looks like Luster Purge, but always poisons the foe...kind of good actually!

WTF was I doing.......sorry about that. Steel Wing instead of Silver Wind and Adamant. Max Speed IVs, good Attack and HP IVs are recommended.

I don't think there is anything wrong with ubers. They were meant to be used. The only thing I dislike about them, is that their movesets aren't usually good. And you can't raise them how you want because you catch them at high levels.
