So far I have [most from PokeWalker]

Just beat the 2nd gym.. so as you can see.. I have a long way to go.. and plenty of pokemon available down the line.

Which Pokemon seem like a waste or needs removing?

all pokemon have good natures.. so that isn't an issue.. but i dont want to be training up dead weight.. or Pokemon that are out-shone by better pokemon.

just discussing the team and balance.. movesets can be whatever they want.

Well you actually have to post all that stuff so we can rate it, no way we can rate what you have posted, We need at Least the moves.
