Well there not the best things in the world but here are my sprites:

First off Beree with a complete Pokedex entry:

Description: A baby or bebe tree pokemon that loves to sit all day still and get a lot of sun. Beree's love to be together and pretend to make little forest's.

Pokemon discription:Lerba's are very shy pokemon and are hardly ever seen by a human. They tend to hide under grasses and comuflage with the grass and leafs around it. It is said that once they evolve they become very loyal pokemon.

Evolutionary line: Lerba lvl15- ???- lvl35- ???

How do you know about Reree, also thanks for the comments for Grumpig Wormintheworks.

hush.
You need to add some black to all your outlines, and only use the highlight colour in the place where the light hits most I.E, not very much. Next, you need to make the shading curve with the shape of the body. Don't just shade in a line and say done. Pick a light source and imagine where the light will hit the most. Really, there s no way to explain shading, all I can say it practice makes perfect. Finally, on the outline, where the highlight shade is you can add a bit of the darker shade, to make the outline more pronuonced. The offical sprites are always good to use an example, whenever shade.

And, try add a but more detail to your sprites. They seem very simple so far.
