Ok, I decided to make a few sprites.
I'm only 12 and it was my first attempt so I think they are pretty good.
Here they are:

What do you think or what can I do to improve?

Oh. My. Pancakes. They could honestly use some work, though. I consider more shading and less 2-year old design.

ignore zuloon everthing he does'nt understand or does'nt know what it us puts something negative about it even if you are a beginner hehe.you know age does'nt really matter when it comes spriting.all you need are some basic art skill and a great imagination for fake/scartches.you have great ideas here.work on your outline and shape.shading is particulary good for a beginner because you have succesfully defined a actual light source on your sprites yeah!find colours that blend in with each other and find colours that blend with the shading for the outline too.sprites are only 1 pixel thick of a outline ok?
keep on practicing if you do i see a great spriter within you in the future when you get better.

The blue one... I can honestly say it freaks me out. Your first sprites need a lot of work, and I suggest you start out with recolors or revamps first before starting on your scratch sprites.

But the big, red Mew-ish thing is way better than the first ones.

They need a lot of work. First of all, they are like crap. You are doing ok on the shading, but first you have to get the shape right. And you should use atleast about 2-3 shades. Your new sprite is cool. Is it like a Kirby or something? It's much better than your others. Keep up that work, and I know you'll improve!!!

dont bash the kid stupid.Its his first try and age doesnt matter im 10 and go look at my first scratch.Anyways you've certainly improved more but if youre going to make fakemon keep the sprites in a range of 64 by 64 pixels.

the darkness. its all consuming. so much criticism. forgive me for my criticism, but the outside lines aren't shaded and are too thick. the weird thing is the last one (a weird mudkip thingg?) is a bit strangely shaped.

The shape is good but they look like pancakes.Try to use some better shading.
