I haven't made much but I made a couple.

This one is a recolor of plusle and I changed a little bit of stuff. Its name is Dividen.

These are all my creations. The oldest are 3 months and the youngest are 1 month. Also, if anyone can help I was wondering if someone could turn Quedra into a pokemon icon.

Work on outlining. Look at the folds on kingdra+gard. Completely black outlining. Also, that outlining is too fat. The shading is also off-balance. Next look at ghastly+bannette. Now, I'll give you credits for actually TRYING a ghastly mix, but wow. That's just a head swap that killed the body. Stop head-swapping. Meh, I'm tired. Someone else do the rest.

Unless you've given at least a paragraph, or a few sentences, of criticism, we don't want you posting (Unless you're posting art, of course). We'd like to keep this art forum nice and clean. Artists usually like hearing feedback and criticism-- saying "good job i love it best pciture vevar!!!!1" doesn't cut it, either. So please, think before you post or you may find yourself being banned for a week.

Anyways, the sprites really aren't all that good. They don't even deserve the rating you people have given.

The Dividen's coloring is horrible. You chose terrible colors so the highlights are too bright, and the outlining is still orange/brown. The editing was all poorly done, and the shading was all off.

Quedra isn't the least bit impressive, especially because you didn't even do all of it. All you did was cut off half of Gardevoir's body and stick on a Kingdra head. That takes no talen to do, and it was done very sloppily. The shading on the body and head are both different, because on the head the light comes from the right and on the body it comes from the left. Even the body's shading was bad, and the extra fin was made badly with a large black area that should have been smaller and dark blue.

Spokel is probaby the best one there, and it isn't even impressive. A simple paste and recolor job.

The Pichu/Jirachi mixes are terrible. You got the shading mixed up, making the highlights too dark on the second one. The cutting/pasting job was also bad, and you still see leftover colored pixels.

The starter mixes were also very crappy. The coloring was aweful, and you did a careless cut/paste job, and you didn't even recolor all the pixels or even the body parts.


I have to say these are all pretty bad. Go read the sprite tutorials, and the rest of you, GO READ THE RULES.

Yeah, that's what everyone thinks. Would you make a third Plusle/Minun it'd probably be a pre-evo with neutral energy.
