It's a very nice picture, very distinc lines and good cel shading.

Although I haven't an inkling what you're talking about in the second half of your description.

In the second half, I explain that someone has requestes me to draw this picyure. And this Espeon's position is same as Ken Sugimori's Espeon picture.
