Amazingly Awesome
Baton passing teams are always fun to watch as it takes an extremely played player to use them. It's an art that's not used very frequently due to one move: taunt. Taunt has killed my BP teams countless times and there is virtually no solution to it. This is my effort to try and figure out a way to counter this and solve this problem. I'll show you the current team and at the end I'll show the strategy involved in this plan. If you have any suggestions, comments, <cringe> insults, feel free to post :D. Ok so here it is.

Lead
Umbreon @ Leftovers
252 HP
252 Defense

Calm Nature
Mean Look
Baton Pass
Taunt
Wish

Electrode @ Choice Band
Adament Nature
252 atk
252 spd

Explosion
(and the rest of the moves don't matter)

Ninjask @ Leftovers
Jolly Nature
252 HP
89 DEF
80 SPD
89 SD

Baton pass
Substitute
Swords Dance
Roost

Lunatone @ Leftovers
Bold Nature
252 HP
252 DEF

Hypnosis
Cosmic Power
Substitute
Baton Pass

Smeragle @ Leftovers
Jolly Nature
96 HP
120 DEF
40 SD
252 SPD

Belly Drum
Baton pass
Spore
Substitute

Metagross @ Leftovers
Adament Nature
252 Atk
252 SPD
6 HP

Brick Break
Bullet Punch
Earthquake
Thunderpunch

Ok so here's the deal. This is a typical baton pass but there's a few changes. This BP completely relies on trapping a pokemon without roar/whirlwind/ and taunt. And though not always possible it helps to trap an easy hitting wall. If the opponent's is a common taunter (for example aerodactyl) I switch to electrode and explode. It's quite simple but very effective. If they opponent has a focus sash I'll switch to metagross and use bullet punch.
Now that that's out of the way I'd switch back to umbreon and trap my opponent. If he switched to a pokemon with roar/whirlwind or taunt then I'm screwed but that's usually not the case. I use mean look with umbreon and try to pass a wish to ninjask to heal him from stealth rock damage. If he enters at 100% health I can get at least 4 substitutes up which mean 4 speed boosts. And if I manage to keep one of those substitutes up I can even attempt to sword dance to skip smeargle in the chain. That usually doesn't happen but it's sometime good to try.
Anyways next I baton pass to Lunatone who is there to stack up defense. He also has hypnosis which is extremely effective for stacking up stat boosts while they doze off. And remember they can't switch out due to mean look. The hard part is over at this point as their pokemon will most likely be asleep until I get to Metagross.
After +6 in both Special defense and defense I baton pass to smeargle who will promptly spore the opponent if they happen to wake up. He gets a belly drum up and baton passes to Metagross.
At this point I don't really need to explain Metagross. He can't be poisoned by toxic spikes, has very few weakness, and has all 100% accuracy moves including a +1 priority move if things get dicey.
And there's my baton pass team. Obviously it relies completely on surprise but I find it quite effective. Here are a few problems with it that maybe you can help me solve...

*If they're lead is not affected by normal attacks (like explosion) I'm screwed
*Wish sort of solves this but stealth rock is definitely a problem when i'm baton passing to ninjask
*When the opponent puts a sub up It's extremely hard to due this set because I can't put them to sleep :(
*Some people have two taunters on their team but I think that this is a risk this team HAS to take unless anyone has any bright ideas
*I know I'm going to be criticized for not using ingrain but I don't really think it's needed. Electrode can explode if a whirlwind/roar user is the opponent's lead. And Smeargle is a lot more effective as a Belly drummer in this set.
*I also didn't use Mr. Mime, look at phrase above.

Thanks for being patient guys and reading this please reply thanks!

Its an average Baton passing team, unfortunatly just to many things screw your team over. Im sorry but most people just expect an explosion coming out of electrode and will comonly just protect or switch to somthing that can handle it. And dont you think SD Ninjask and Belly Drum smeargle together ar kinda overkill

Also because you posted you RMT in the wrong format. I can saftly assume that you havnt tried this team out on Shoddy. Its actualy quite easy as their team builder has an easily found button that automaticly formats your team for a RMT.

Seems... ok.

Electrode @ Choice Band
Adament Nature
252 atk

Lololololololololol! xD
Choice Band Electrode? You have to be kidding me!!

Ninjask @ Leftovers
Jolly Nature
252 HP
89 DEF
80 SPD
89 SD

Baton pass
Substitute
Swords Dance
Roost/X-Scssor

Roost? Give it X-Scissor. And what the hell with the 89 EV spread?

Lunatone @ Leftovers
Bold Nature
252 HP
252 DEF

Hypnosis
Cosmic Power
Substitute
Baton Pass

Smeragle @ Focus Sash
Jolly Nature
96 HP
120 DEF
40 SD
252 SPD

Belly Drum
Baton pass
Spore
Substitute

Focus Sash pl0x?

Metagross @ Leftovers
Adament Nature
252 HP
252 Atk
4 Def

Brick Break
Bullet Punch
Earthquake
Thunderpunch

Wouldn't HP EV's be better if he is already receiving speed?

Choice Band Electrode? What for?

And by effective, you mean exploding on a pokemon that resists Explosion and carries a Focus Sash? Also, when you see an Electrode, it normally means 2 things: Rain Dance or Explosion. If they already saw your Umbreon, it would be very predictable to switch a Ghost/Steel/Rock/physical bulky and take the explosion. Fail strategy on my opinion.

Not only that, but if the opponent sends out Scizor, you're dead, because it will Bullet Punch your Ninjask, break the subs and kill it before it can Baton Pass.

On my complete opinion, this team has a joke as strategy. Exploding on leads? What for? Eliminating taunts?
The fastest pokemon and most common with Taunt are (non-uber):
Aerodactyl
Crobat
Electrode
and they all carry Focus Sash.

I'll rate deeper later.
