My team and possible additions

A word of warning: I do not EV train my Pokemon.
I understand it would make them stronger in ways
I could never imagine, I just decide not to and
train them how I catch them.

Now. My team. This is what I currently have.
But I'd like to take my Regigigas, Gyarados,
and Magnezone out. I'll put Pokemon I think
would be good to put in underneath the team
listing.

Cradily (Careful) @Rock Incense
Suction Cups
- Toxic
- Ingrain (perhaps replace with Earthquake)
- Giga Drain
- Rock Slide

Garchomp (Rash) @Life Orb
Sand Veil
- Dragon Rush (perhaps replace with Dragon Claw)
- Draco Meteor
- Surf
- Rock Climb ([erhaps replace with Earthquake)

Magmortar (Jolly) @Wise Glasses
Flame Body
- Focus Blast
- Faint Attack
- Flamethrower
- Lava Plume (perhaps replace with Psychic)

Regigigas (Timid) @NeverMeltIce
Slow Start
- Avalanche
- Stomp
- Superpower
- Zen Headbutt

Gyarados (Rash) @Soft Sand
Intimidate
- Ice Fang
- Waterfall
- Earthquake
- Dragon Dance

Magnezone (Bold) @Zap Plate
Sturdy
- Metal Sound
- Charge Beam
- Lock-On
- Magnet Bomb

Now. These are the suggestions I thought of putting
in for Regigigas, Gyarados and Magnezone.

Omastar (Modest) @Choice Specs
Shell Armor
- Hydro Pump
- AncientPower
- Protect
- Tickle

Aggron (Brave) @Life Orb
Rock Head
- Stone Edge
- Iron Head
- Sandstorm
- Iron Tail

Electrode (Timid) @Magnet
Static
- Explosion
- Charge Beam
- ThunderBolt
- Flash

These are just ideas. Please suggest better ones if
you have better suggestions. Thank you

Don't use plates & one-type powerboosting items. You'll need diversity in your Pokemon's moveset, and boosting the power of just one move is rather useless. Use berries or items like Leftovers, Life Orb, Muscle Band, or Wise Glasses instead.

Garchomp
Adamant/Jolly Nature
~Earthquake
~Stone Edge/Rock Slide
~Dragon Claw
~Fire Fang/Fire Blast/Swords Dance

Magmortar
Modest Nature
~Flamethrower/Lava Plume
~Thunderbolt
~Focus Blast
~Psychic

Regigigas
Adamant Nature
~Return
~Zen Headbutt
~Rock Slide/Stone Edge
~Earthquake

Your Gyarados has correct moveset, but use Adamant/Jolly Nature instead.

On Magnezone, Flash Cannon >>>>> Magnet Bomb and Magnet Rise or Thunder Wave is a nice option instead of Lock-On. I prefer Thunderbolt instead of Charge Beam, but Charge Beam is fine due to its effect.

Omastar
Modest Nature
~Ancientpower
~Mud Shot (Earth Power instead if you have access to Platinum)
~Surf
~Ice Beam

anyway, do you understand what a Choice item do? It locks your move, so giving Omastar a Choice Specs when it has Protect and Tickle is not a really good idea. Protect & Choice item is fine if you just want to scout, though.

Aggron @ Choice Band
Adamant Nature, Rock Head ability
~Earthquake
~Rock Slide/Stone Edge
~Iron Head
~Double-Edge

Electrode
Timid Nature
~Magnet Rise
~Charge Beam/Thunderbolt
~Swift/Thunder Wave
~Explosion

Electrode has almost no option in terms of moveset, unless you want to get a good Hidden Power or has access to Platinum, where it can learn Signal Beam.

Would it be a good idea to give Regigigas a Quick Claw?
Sorry, I don't have access to Platinum.
Yeah, I know what Choice items do, although it kinda
went over my head when I thought of teaching Omastar Protect
and Tickle ^^'
What if I taught Grachomp Shadow Claw instead of Fire Fang
or Fire Blast? Would that be alright?
What do you suggest giving Omastar? Wise Glasses as well?
And Electrode could practically have any moveset because its best
stat is its Speed?

Quick Claw's activation rate is only around 8% iirc, so I don't really recommend it :p
If you teach Garchomp Shadow Claw instead of Fire Blast, you'll have nothing that can take down a Skarmory quickly ;)

Cradily
Sassy Nature
- Toxic
- Energy Ball
- Giga Drain/Ingrain/Earthquake
- Rock Slide

Ingrain is quite limited in-game since you're forced to stay in battle and good gain a lot more HP with Potions and stuff. I'd go with Enegry Ball since Giga Drain doesn't have much PP.

Garchomp
Jolly Nature
- Dragon Claw
- Draco Meteor
- Earthquake
- Swords Dance

Garchomp has crappy Sp.Att and moves like Surf are a bad choice for him. Save your HM's for a Bibarel.

Shiny trainer seems to have said everything else I would have said. It's an ok in-game team, but needs some major revamps in terms of natures and items. I realise that breeding Pokemon seems pointless for an in-game team, but Jolly Magmortar and Timid Regigigas are not making good use of their offences at all.

Would it be a good idea to give Regigigas a Quick Claw?
No, four in five times, Quick Claw will fail. I'd go with something more reliable like leftovers.

What if I taught Grachomp Shadow Claw instead of Fire Fang
or Fire Blast? Would that be alright?
Shadow Claw gives it hardly any more coverage than it already has. I'd stick with Fire Fang

What do you suggest giving Omastar? Wise Glasses as well?
That or leftovers ^-^

And Electrode could practically have any moveset because its best
stat is its Speed?
No since it's Sp.Att is it's best offence. I'd go with Shiny Trainer's suggestions on this front.

To Shiny Trainer:
Ah, ok XD Anything you do recommend to attach to Regigigas?
I just want something that will help make up for its lost stats
during its first five turns in battle. Because its very
vulnerable during those first five turns.
I never thought about that XD Thanks for that XD
But I think Fire Fang would be more affective as it have
a better hit ratio than Fire Blast.

To Empoleon Dynamite:
I just read your post after replying to Shiny Trainer ^^
You've answered the questions I had. Thank you ^^
I didn't think it'd be the best team, but I'm glad its alright

Just remember that while Fire Fang is more accurate than Fire Blast, Fire Blast has more power and since Fire Fang is Physical, it might do lower damage compared to Fire Blast on Skarmory's high defense ;)

I object!

Fire fang does more damage to Bronzong than Fireblast. There aren't many Skarmory in-game whilst Bronzong is used by Cynthia. It really makes no difference but I'd go with Fire fang for the above reason and the fact it has more PP and Accuracy.

Isn't Bronzong used by Lucian not Cynthia?
I just thought Garchomp's more a physical
Pokemon, so I thought Fire Fang would be
better for him
