My team needs building

Im sure this is the right place, i dont know because i want help building a team not having it rated =/

Ok i made a thread a while back, but i dont want to double post. But i have been building my team but it doesnt seem right.

Swampert
Blaziken
Zangoose
Salemence
Metagross
Alakazam

Now i was wandering if someone could tell me if it is worth replacing any of my pokemon with another, if so could you tell me a specfic pokemon to replace it with? I could post the natures, but i dont know if they change when they evolve.

I'll help you out. First, pokemon's abilities do change like when poocheyena has run away but Mighteyena has intimidate.
I say get rid of alakazam and Zangoose. Zangoose is normal has no type advantage besides ghost but normal cant attach ghost so it doesnt matter. Alakazam because you have already covered the psychis part of your team, Metagross which is part steel so it covers even more areas.

I say get a rock/gound pokemon like rhydon/rhyhorn and Dark pokemon for ghost and psychic pokemon like Absol or Mighteyena.

Now absol or mightyena, which one is better? I even thought about Ghost but thats weak against dark and so is Metagross =/

hey i say mighteyena, but actually, i prefeer sharpedo, it lerns cruch very early, but of course, u could also use mightyena
i'm not so sure about using blaziken, but that's good too, it's just that it doesn't learn very good fire attacks, unless u teach it something like overheat, which i guess might help, but ya... u could buy flamethrower from the game corner, but don't use fire blast, it's not worth it really
