For Ninjask, have you tried something like this? (I'm assuming he is your lead)

Jolly
252 Atk, 176 Hp, 80 Spe
Sword Dance
Baton Pass
Substitute
X Scissor

That is obviously not very original, but I think it is popular for a reason. With his speed he is guaranteed to get a Sub, SD, BP off (most likely) while the other lead sets up/sets hazards. You just need to watch for Weavile Ice Shards obviously...

If you are determined to use Darmanitan, you may want a rapid spinner to clear hazards. Maybe sub Politoed (I don't think your team benefits much from him in this instance anyway) out for a Starmie set like this

Timid
252 Spe, 252 HP, 4 SpD
Rapid Spin
Recover
Thunderbolt
Ice Beam

Well the ninjask knew U Turn because it swaps after attacking, but I like the Starmie Idea

you seem very confused, new, and lost.

Darmanitan will never survive what you're planning on doing. no idea why you have no evs in speed.. and everything in def and hp.. do you plan on just belly drumming, then being slow and dieing instantly?

change it to 4 hp, 252atk, 252 sped, and just run a basic set if you want him so much.

Metagross needs a simple set like
rock polish
earthquake
meteor mash
stone edge/thunder punch

zoroark is horribly wrong as well. it's not a wall.. its not super fast already.. so why are you acting like it is?

252 spatk, 252 speed.. thats it.
nasty plot
night daze
focus blast
grass knot [since thats what you want]

just.. each pokemon is poorly thought of.. blissey isn't an attacker.. so why are you making her one?

politoed has belly drum... yet all special attacks? then perish song? no

@Poke_Cannon Wow you know how to put things nicley to a newb

You'll come across people like this, don't fret about it. Anyway, you could consider swapping Blissey out for Chansey holding Eviolite. It will have better defences, but it won't be any use at attacking unless you use Seismic Toss, and obviously it can't use leftovers either.

Whichever you decide to use, it needs EVs spread in HP, Def and Sp. Def, nothing else, with a Bold nature.

Ninjask (M) @ Focus Sash
Trait: Speed Boost
EVs: 252 Att, 252 Speed, 4 HP
Naughty Nature (+Atk, -SDef)
- Hone Claws/Swords Dance
- Protect
- Baton Pass
- X-scissor
Hone claws then U-Turn out for someone else (suitable for opponent)
Protect+Swords Dance+Protect+Baton Pass= another pokemon with doubled attack and more than doubled speed ready for sweeping. Sash makes sure this can happen

Darmanitan (M) @ Life Orb
Trait: Sheer Force
EVs: 252 Att, 252 Speed, 4 HP
Jolly
- U-turn
- Stone Edge
- Flare Blitz
- Brick Break
Belly drum than Flare blitz= Very Powerful
Standard Darmanitan set, if it ain't broke, don't fix it

Blissey (F) @ Leftovers
Trait: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 HP, 200 Def, 52 Sp.Def
Brave Nature (+Atk, -Spd)
- Counter/Seismic Toss
- Toxic
- Softboiled
- Protect
Mainly to heal a stronger guy when switched (using Heal Wish)
Like someone else said, blissey is not offensive. Toxic, leftovers, protect and softboiled add to stalling element, seismic toss/counter is if you need to do proper damage

Metagross @ Air Ballon
Trait: Clear Body
EVs: 252 Att, 252 Speed, 4 HP
Adamant
- Meteor Mash
- Zen Headbutt
- Rock Polish
- Rock Slide/Bullet Punch
Rock Polish than attack according to what enemy is
Just a better set in general, rock polish for speed boost, bullet punch for priority if need be and other two moves for STAB

Starmie @ Life Orb/Focus Sash
Timid
EVs: 252 Sp.Atk, 252 Speed, 4 HP
Moves:
--Rapid Spin
--Surf/Scald/Hydro Pump
--Ice Beam
--Thunderbolt
Politoed wasn't doing much. Slight adaption on JLaw's set. Rapin Spin to clear hazards, water move of your choice for stab, and boltbeam for coverage. Life orb is for power, but I'd reccomend focus sash so that you can't be OHKO'd after spinning and might get to actually do some sweeping.

Zoroark (M) @ Wise Glasses
Trait: Illusion
EVs: 252 Sp.Atk, 252 Speed, 4 HP
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Grass Knot
- Nasty Plot
- Night Daze
- Focus Blast
Needed a dark type, Nasty plot than either Night Daze or Focus blast

Help me fix this please?
Changes in Bold and there's quite a few. You have to start somewhere though.

Oh yes that sounds good, Air balloons are hard to get though, maybe a move like magnet rise (if it can learn that), has the same effect (right?)
If blissey could learn block, that would be good for stalling

you'll notice i'm right, regardless of how it comes off.

just look at the pokemon, its stats.. and focus on those stats.

no one wants to use a darmanitan for its defense and hp

just research more.. and understand what you're doing and why, and you'll be fine.

since you're new.. how about you start off with 3 pokemon of a grass/water/fire, to cover each other, and grow from that.
