Grass Knot > Energy Ball. Especially because Manaphy is an Uber. If you are wanting to use this for OU, then you need to drop Manaphy.

Leafeon is bulky enough to take a few hits, so Leftovers is a superior choice here. And Synthesis is ruined by Sandstorm. Roar isn't a nessecity, but it really helps against things coming in to Roar/Whirlwind you out (such as Skarmory, etc.)

Sorry, I should have said. In my local league, Manaphy is OU, and OU=BL.
