Please help me rate my team people. I really need help in terms of items especially so please help me! Note: I didn't fully understand Ev's until halfway through my emerald, which I had only gotten after I had beaten all my other Pokemon games. Natures I don't care for because i just don't.

Pellipper might also like Substitute over Toxic. I prefer Substitute anyways since Toxic is only great on a few Pokes.

Toxic is good on "weaklings" like pelliper since it basically is walled by anything that resists ice and water. Sub could go over agility since agility is more useful on helliper w/hp grass or electric.
