You have to go an Emerald move tutor.

Srry we shouldn't have assumed you can trade. For Sableye switch to Dusclops or absol. Are you going to use Walrein its a great poke.

I think I go for Walrein, since it's Water/Ice, it has more potential than Glalie.

and does anyone know some good movesets? for Walrein, Manectric and Dusclops?

edit: were can I found an Emerald tutor? and I dont want to wait till I beat the game for a Metagross, any other pokemon?

An emerald tutor is where you have to trade pokemon to Emerald version and since you cant trade thats out of the question.
