It'd probably be better if the boy was shaded a bit more, and if you spliced the images a little better. Also, it would improve drastically if you sprited them yourself. But you would have to work much harder.

Wow, that's a really creative idea! But, is Misty 15? I thought she was 22 something in the games. And I thought Erika was like, almost 40. Could be wrong. >_>

Things to change... there's that big black thing around Erika 11's waist... I'd change that, if it's supposed to be black make it greayer with different shades. Misty's 10 sprite should be with a swimmer. Try using this one:

The first set of trainers, their outlines need tweaking, in particular their hair.

Mmm.. I've done this once. I have completed a Baby, Child, and Teenager sprite, with two child sprites, and three teenager ones, though. They look good, but try to edit them more to make them not look so much like the originals.
