I know they arnt really sprites... but they're the things I do best

I know its a bit plain... I have lots of other templates and in the future I will make it more interesting

I hope someone gives me constructive crit I love to learn how to get better

Well, if you want C+C, you shouldn't use arial font to write the trainer's name, use the proper font. Apart from that, it's pretty good.

Hmm, you should add a badge set or something to fill the bottom line, and center the name on the top. The font doesn't work as previously mentioned, and I think you should have a better name than "card" .

EDIT: Oh, and you don't have to give credit to PE2K. They ripped the sprites, not make them, and it doesn't say anywhere to credit them.

I have some crit...
1) You should put one of the pokemon behind that trainer and in the box so it will look more creative
2) Like others said center the name
3) Add a badge set
4) I would make the lines on the boxes thinner. when they are think that distract from the pokemon to much.
5)I like how you did it other then that
