I tried this out on Pokemon Online. 100 matches, won 50 on the dot lol. Give me some feedback on how I can help this old Drought team. Thank you!

Ninetales (M) @ Focus Sash
Trait: Drought
EVs: 92 HP / 216 SAtk / 200 Spd
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Flamethrower
- SolarBeam
- Psyshock
- Hidden Power [Electric]

- I’m willing to edit his moveset as well. I don’t really care for this set, but it gets the job done some times. Flamethrower gets the STAB, and Sunny Day boast. Solarbeam is a one turn wonder, thanks to the Sun. Psyshock is a move, just for Fighing types, while Hidden Power is for the Water types. Again, I’m willing to move these guys.

Throh (M) @ Flame Orb
Trait: Guts
EVs: 92 HP / 255 Atk / 80 Def / 80 SDef
Brave Nature (+Atk, -Spd)
- Earthquake
- Revenge
- Rock Slide
- Façade

- I love this guy. LOVE. He’s a brick, capable of taking hits, and throwing them right back. Earthquake and Rock Slide are two of the regular moves on his set I enjoy, but here’s when the fun comes in with Revenge and Façade. Throh is slow, so he always goes last. Revenge allows him to do monster damage, always. Façade, with the Flame Orb, could do monster damage, and usually does.

Shiftry (M) @ Life Orb
Trait: Chlorophyll
EVs: 255 HP / 255 Atk
Hardy Nature
- Sucker Punch
- X-Scissor
- SolarBeam
- Extrasensory

- I love this guy when the sun is shining. He’s a monster. Sucker Punch gets a STAB, and a Life Orb bonus. Did I mention it goes first? Yes, it’s a risky move because it fails if it isn’t a attacking move, but I like it when it hits. X-Scissor oddly enough, covers me from guys like Darkrai and Gritina, who always seem to show up. Solarbeam, just because it’s a one turn with the Sun out, and then Extrasensory, to cover him from fighting types.

Dragonite (M) @ Life Orb
Trait: Inner Focus
EVs: 255 HP / 255 Atk
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Ice Punch
- Dragon Claw
- Fire Punch
- ThunderPunch

- Another Life Orb user. Dragonite, with the Life Orb, can cause serious damage. I actually need help with this set because I used it to run recently (Last second swap with Leafon), so a moveset update would be cool with me.

Lapras (M) @ Wise Glasses
Trait: Shell Armor
EVs: 76 HP / 255 SAtk / 176 Spd
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Ice Beam
- Thunderbolt
- Brine
- Zen Headbutt

- What? A water type on a Drought team? Yea, I like Lapras here, he doesn’t need a Water move, but Brine makes sense because he isn’t the fastest, and Brine gets stronger when it’s HP decreases. Ice Beam as a STAB move, Thunderbolt as a counter to other water types. Zen Headbutt is there to counter fighting types, but maybe Earthquake would be better? You tell me, but right now, I run with Zen Headbutt.

Groudon @ Leftovers
Trait: Drought
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SDef
Hardy Nature
- Thunder Wave
- Dragon Tail
- Stealth Rock
- Earthquake

- Groudon, a monster on Drought teams. While many use it for offensive purposes, I use it more for support. Stealth Rock to, well, do Stealth Rock type things. Get my opponent damage every switch out. Thunder Wave to slow down some, but the key part is Dragon Tail. Dragon Tail is pretty much a attacking roar. Deal some damage, then switch out my opponents. Earthquake, just to keep Groudon with a STAB attack.
