I really, really, really suck at ubers as this is pretty much my first time going into competitive uber play as mainly I just do standard and UU so except this team to be very bad. Please don't flame me for it, I know it's bad but I haven't done really any of this before.

I'm not sure, but those sets I don't really need that much, since uber play is a lot different... Standard blissey with Seismic toss is bad in ubers, and sunny day exeggutor is not needed with Groudon.

Calm Mind > Psych Up for Bliss. You can start before they do, and since that's what you want to psych up anyway

Sludge Bomb doesn't really hit much in ubers. Sure, it might poison, but then it loses its chance to OHKO Ho-oh on the switch.
Also Metagross wants 180 Speed at least, and more SpDef.

cm is useless to be honest with you. psych up is going to be a LOT more useful as you can try for ib freezes etc while copying lati@s whatever stats

ho-oh is hardly used. sludge bomb poisons kyogre on the switch, which spells the end to it basically

no, hp does better overall, and 180 speed stat is just there if you WANT it to be there

I find Psych Up much better than Calm Mind, atleast for now I'm keeping it

I might try Sludge Bomb

No one really uses Skarmory in ubers anyways, so I have no worry of spikes..

Skarmory is getting more common. I'm starting to see quite a number of them.
I dunno if you think of it that way, but nooblet suggested CM on my uber team Blissey once.
I still see a fair number of Ho-Ohs around though.
Well, the SDef is to actually take special beatings better. Especially nice against the Lati@s, who can put a dent on Metagross with Dragon Claw.
