Trait: Swift Swim

Swift Swim helps Ludicolo a lot more. Calm Nature if you're using Toxic, and Modest Nature with T-Punch. Fire Punch doesn't work with the rain.

Rest works great with Altaria's ability, making it slightly less fragile than Salamence. I wouldn't really use Altaria as a Dragon Dancer, since there's loads more pokemon that can DD better than it can.
