Sure. I prefer Double-Edge > Return though; the recoil doesn't matter much, since if it doesn't kill something, it will get killed anyway, so yeah.

No, in UU you want as many t-wavers as possible, actually. Anyway, max out its HP before splitting the defenses.

Jolly and so much Spd on Gligar are pointless. I usually run Impish, and 24 or 92 Spd EVs, depending on what I want it for. Rock Slide is useless on Gligar tbh, Iron Tail/Quick Attack or even Sub@Salac are alot better on this imo.

you already have an endrev counter, and from what I've seen, people barely use endrevvers anymore anyway, so I'd suggest dropping this for something else.

anyway, max out its hp before doing anything else, then put around 136 EVs in Def, and the rest in SDef. Spd EVs have no use on this.

Probably the biggest Quagsire weak I've ever seen. Solrock, or another Gligar can also cause some major problems.

Double-Edge on Fearow sounds good.

So, I should replace my Sharpedo with..... I want a fast special sweeper, so would a special Shiftry do the job? Or maybe one of those electrics...

That sounds pretty tempting because the ugly shark is one of my favorite pokemon and I was hoping that I wouldn't have to dispose of it. And I'm not a big fan of Manectric and friends.
