No you should not swap Rapidash for Agunomuu but maybe for a dragon.
Don't change Dotaitos.
Rentoraa
Discharge
Ice Fang
Fire Fang
Thunder Wave

If Gardevoir hasn't evolved yet, evolve it into erureido instead and give it this moveset:

Erureido Scope Lens
Psycho Cutter
In Fight
Blade Test/Leaf Blade
Swords Dance/ Focus Energy

Other than that it's good. Oh and if you already have Gardevoir, don't change it.

I have decided to swap Rapidash with Umbreon, is it any good? And I will never evolve Kirlia to Erureido, Gardevoir is way too good.

Thanks for your comments any more suggestions?

I use Umbreon all the time trust me, it is the best choice for a tank, and it's got okay attack/special attack to still have attacking moves:

Moonlight
Dark Pulse
Protect
Psychic

Erureido is an amazing pokemon you should consider him over Gardevoir

I like the idea of Dark Pulse, thank you! But should Umbreon need Protect? And is Psychic any good, since its Special Attack is only "ok"?

Im sorry, Im a Gardevoir lover, not a fan of Erureido, Gardevoir can win him by a Shadow Ball!!

yeah that's not a good idea cuz you have two special and two physical move there, try a move set with two to three special/physical which ever Milotic is best at and then one to two special moves

On the Milotic set, use Toxic with Rest and Sleep Talk, and use Ice Beam and Hypnosis with Recover.

It is not a good idea to give Milotic physical moves, its Attack is way bad, only 60 if you want it offensive, give it Dragon Pulse
